Kicked off about lunchtime dragging on a wet wetsuit from Saturday, (which incidently was absolutely first class windsurfing as well, at Llyn Cwellyn good in a NWesterly £4 to launch). Good blow on near the sailing club.

Later in the afternoon 3.30 to 5.00 absolutely brilliant conditions. Blasting full width with bump and jump over the chop. Came in when the skin on my hands started to peel off. Struggling to hold down an 8m sail at times, but I'm big and fat (105kg) so just about managed it.

All in all an excellent weekend of windsurfing!
